Our process
From start to finish,
this is how you can own a 4×4 Icon
You can track the whole process online following every step including donor vehicle selection, vehicle tear down, prepping, painting and assembly, and finally the transportation process to your chosen final destination.
1. Kick-off
Process walk-through, agreement on terms and initial deposit.
Either in person or on a video call, we go through a couple of sessions where we explore donor vehicle options, the restoration process, upgrade options, project timelines and payments.
Once an agreement is reached, we require a $2,000 CAD deposit.
Time range: 2-3 weeks

2. Donor vehicle hunt
We explore available inventory to secure an adequate donor to to restore.
We look for a donor vehicle that meets mechanical and documentation criteria. The frame, engine and other major mechanical parts are inspected as well a careful review of the vehicle’s history and legal standing.
Once a donor is found, we require a $25,000 CAD deposit within a week.

3. Restoration
This is where we tear down the vehicle down it’s essentials and rebuild it with extreme attention to detail.
Here we completely disassemble the vehicle and identify which parts can be restored and which need to be replaced. Our expert craftsmen get to work in completely removing existing paint down to the metal, welding and prepping everything for 3 stage paint process.
All the drivetrain parts are inspected and repaired or replaced for perfect mechanical performance.

4. Quality review and testing
